New first day yesterday

Hello guys new preloader here and was curious what positions I should dive for and try to move up. I really would like to try different things how should I go about this they had me and other guy unloading trucks yesterday 2am-820am also I am on call tonight when can I know i'm not going in? Thanks guys little nervous still and im busting my ass though. Sup gave me a thumbs up before I left and other sup said I did a good job.

Also I was wondering when I will have some type of schedule, right now i'm always on call and have to purposely wake up at 240am and then ask if im working and sometimes I will at 6am kinda frustrating at first.
