a guy just started his 30 days last week here...we haven't had a new driver start since peak before him...were short staffed every single day...logistics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No T-S here... or even whispers of it yet. They won't hire despite having vacant routes. We were told earlier this year that people are lining up to do this job.
Sups have been getting a lot of middle fingers when asking bid route drivers to come off their routes and cover different routes. This is so the cover guys don't have to be trained on new areas. Its really the bizarro world here.

We hired a lot, 8 of them though haven't even driven so they double shift in the warehouse.

Agree. We have just heard maybe March for T-S. We also have another TP 60 for some reason? The other is a storage box for the building. We have had 4 disability and 4 on vacation since April. Not enough bodies to cover the huge volumes. Plan for x mas. Is 38. Last yr was 34. With sups driving. The way things are lately. We will need 40 at least. Rumblings of 70 hrs for pgk drivers for peak. We just don't have them knocking down the door to work here anymore
