New guy here. Looking for driving info

Hey everyone. New here! Just looking for info on becoming a ups driver.. recently my interview last week where you go and talk with person in charge of the location etc. .

What can y all tell me about the training for drivers ? Also is it worth a career change . I currently I'm driving forktruck in a paper mill work 12s . Need a new direaction.

I'm not necessarily looking for a shorter shift. I'm barely making 15 an hour right now. And the drivers are like 18. But more a Monday threw Friday job.

About how long does it take for them to get back you after the info interview?

Most of the new drivers are Tuesday theothr Saturday now. No clue how long it takes for them to get back to you.
