Personally, I would attempt the office first

All the apartments I've ever delivered to throw a sh|t fit when I bring them even just a bubble wrapped envelop let alone a mattress in a box. Would be nice to just drop it all at an office. A few of the newer apts have lockers now

I only use pre record for multi business complexes. If able to get everything on dolly I organize it based on who I’ll hit first and scan all and prerecord. Double check stop in details to make sure I’m not missing anything for Certain suite number.
