Since when did they start making us file for FMLA along side short term disability? Haven’t used STD in years and didn’t have to then. Just found out My insurance termed in March STD was approved but because I didn’t file FMLA there were no contributions made by UPS.
Need stitches removed and ortho mri follow up so I can go back or have the knee replacement, which I’ll be paying out of pocket. lesson learned
