Hello out there, just gut hired as a permanent part time loader, how long before i am in the union, Thanks,,,
Pretty much like everyone else has already said. How long have you been working? Are you through the temp/probation period?
Have you noticed fee's taken out yet?

Typically after you finish your first 30 days you are part of the union. Unless you're slow then you probably will get let go.

Right to work state is 30 days but you dont have to join and are still represented. BS in my opinion. If they fight for the great benefits and pay that we receive they should have to contribute.

Once you've reached your Union initiation fee, you are officially part of the Union. Call with your location union to make sure also if you have any questions
