New to California Preload

Hello everyone,

I just started with the early morning preload crew in SoCal.

So far, not bad. My previous job was hard and skilled labor and i spent much of my work load inside of sewers with an auto clean lifted above my head.

Physically, this is easier, and much less stressful. Pay is almost 1/3 what I was getting from my previous job, but I am doing this to unlock a bigger career path.

What I would like to know is this:

How different are the management and union Medical and Dental benefit packages? At our introduction, they said that no one in union pays copay for visiting the doctor or the dentist. Is this true? Visiting the doctor costs nothing? The dentist?

What about the management? How different are their benefits? Do they pay copays? What are they like?

No one during my shift seems to have any solid information other than, "they will take care of you" and that sort.

Thanks!

Much like in your previous job, :censored2: flows downhill at UPS.

Co-pays and deductibles vary based on what plan you are covered by.

Our plans are far superior to those that cover management.
