Full timers will make more, Supervisors will get more, etc. (Right in the Spot) and New hires almost match up, the existing Part-Timers, and the existing will get pennies over the course of 5 years of contract? No catch ups right away, for them, WTF? What make this video "more realistic observation... and a closer to reality", and less than Tyler, that he has a position in Teamster? He clearly is telling people to Vote the opposite, and according for what it suits him, of course, less work and paperwork to with for all the Grievance, he is going to have if this passed. SMH. VOTE NO, VOTE NO, VOTE NO.

I think it’s a great contract, but not a perfect one. Wages went up. Pension went up. Healthcare got better. Penalty pay for harassment. Better 9.5 language. More full time jobs. We are at about 56% Part-time 44% Full time right now and at the end of this contract we will be closer to 50%. I think the late great Ron Carey would love this contract. I think he is endorsing this contract from the grave. There are 7,000 more full time jobs added to the list. There are also many great additions to the supplemental language all over the country. Do what is best for you and your family when you vote. It can go either way as far as what the outcome of a no vote will be. If we strike and ultimately lose volume or break the union, I feel that we have done our best to inform the members what their options are. Here is the ball. Take it and go with it. Either way I will be there to help you all, either way.Have anything to say about the merits of the proposed Contract now that everything is available to read, or nah?

Did you major in English?This contract is a messed. They may be high raises from most of employees, but its always with a twist for UPS benefit. If people only focus on the pay (which they intend), and dont read the contract and articles its a really friend..k mess. Its like looking the price of a vehicle without reading the disclaimer. Just saying.. So...
