Hi, I've been full time for a while now and thought I'd join the forum.
Everyone at work tells me it's very unusual to go from part time to full time in such a short time span (2.5 months) so I feel very fortunate.
My previous years of experience at another LTL dock and years of OTR driving experience with a couple of truckload carriers was the difference, I think.
Hopefully I will be able to bid OTR in short order as well but I'm afraid I'll be an old man by the time I have seniority for it.
Whatever I end up doing, I hope to hang around there long enough to retire.
