Most definitely, he doesn’t get enough kudos for putting this together. He really does do a good job doing that.
I'm sure it takes a lot of time to put that video together.
The main thing that he pointed out on this video was don't let management get in your head. Once you can conquer that they will definitely leave you alone or at least not bother you too often.
He's got a lot of positive feedbacks on his videos and I'm sure lots of people pick up some good valuable information. Most definitely, he doesn’t get enough kudos for putting this together.
When I started it was the older drivers pulling me under their wings, and telling me how things worked that saved me.You have to get thru those first couple years, and grow a thick shell. They torture the new guys. Once they know you’re immune to they’re BS, they pretty much leave you alone. It helps to go ballistic once in awhile too….Lol
And now it's your turn to mentor the young drivers. When I started it was the older drivers pulling me under their wings, and telling me how things worked that saved me.
Oh trust me,my phone rings nonstop lol.And now it's your turn to mentor the young drivers.
Oh I know, you would not believe so much stuff these younger drivers tell me.Oh trust me,my phone rings nonstop lol.
And why this site has always been a little bit like therapy. You can go on here and see the same stuff is happening all over the country, and say “OK it’s not just us”Oh I know, you would not believe so much stuff these younger drivers tell me.
Exactly. It would be nice if we could find a way to keep it goingAnd why this site has always been a little bit like therapy. You can go on here and see the same stuff is happening all over the country, and say “OK it’s not just us”
The old guys were skeptical about new guys at first. They would watch and wait to see how you handled yourself and the job. Eventually, they would start to talk to you and try and straighten you out. When I started it was the older drivers pulling me under their wings, and telling me how things worked that saved me.
I would try and school the new guys. Some are very receptive, others are beyond help, they’re runners for life. And some actually want to become supes! When I started it was the older drivers pulling me under their wings, and telling me how things worked that saved me.
