Excellent video and A++ for posting these videos, do as many as possible. Well said Quincy, you deserve the backpay and some. People in management should gave lost their job for that... the bogus complaint was absolutely defamation of character and proven false.

I have a question you may be able to answer. When they calculate back pay. Is it just at 8 hours a day?
Yes unfortunately back pay is just 8 hours a day. But hell its better than letting the company get away with some of the BS they do. Thank you so much for all the kind words!

Why are 99% of all district managers a bunch of dick heads?
Literally months ago we had a driver try to become an on road Supe. He was then chosen to fill in as the preload manager. He was doing a relatively decent job at it as well. District manager came in and didn’t like the process that was being done and he asked the pre load manager what he wanted to do with that company. The guy said “I really want to get into feeders.” The district manager replied “I’ll see to it you never get that position.”
