Okay, we knew it coming, but you would have thought management would at least waited unti after peak season to start shoving their maps up in our faces informing us of the routes the system says we should drive. Anyways, always keep your positive! LOL!

They showed me one map and I looked at him and said "really? and you trust this?" to which I got a "I don't have to trust it but I have to review it with you".
