I could leave today since I has reached min. retirement age with over 31 years pension credit and be getting $4100 / month or I can stay until age 62 & be getting over $5500/ month.
I'm still too young to tap into my 401K plan , so I'll be around a few more yrs., hopefully that will be worth $300,000+.

We have been hearing that BS, for every raise. Never happened yet. TDU has been preaching that crap since the last contract. Maybe in a poorly run local. But at least not here in the north east.
