Night Shift & Family Life Balance - Need Some Advice

i did full time preload midnight to 9 AM for 20 years. ya live on naps and i definitely flipped back to normal on weekends. combined i never got more than about 5 or 6 hours a day. but...i rarely missed a school trip or function and i coached little league for a few years. only one kid though and wife only worked maybe a total of 5 of those years.

^agreed, don't even have to see the ex-spouse.. just sign it, get a notary signature at the local UPS store and mail that sucker in.

So far, at least in my experience I just had to get a signature, didn't even live in the same state.
I'm thinking court is more for custody battles, and things like real estate. So basically if you've got a lot to lose you'll be going to court.
