It's not complicated but it's a waste of time. I'm talking specifically about the call tags. When the business is open and they tell me the package is not boxed up yet and can I come back tomorrow. The time is 12:15 which means in 46 minutes I have to return and sheet it up? It's not complicated, it's a waste of time. And don't tell me oh just take your break or take lunch, screw that. It's a waste of time, plain and simple. I wonder if they actually discipline for this. I doubt it. I have a bunch of condos as residential for my route. There a 5 businesses, all condo leasing offices. Sometimes when the business on my route is heavy they give these condos to a split car. If the split car gets to this section after 5pm, it equals 5 missed. They sheet em up NI. I know because the next day I'll have it back and it's written on the service cross. Then when I do the stop and get the signature it'll come up with the screen that asks home, business, direct to apt, not sure, etc. Then I select business it'll come up with a screen that says this stop has both resi and commercial classification in the past. Please sheet accordingly. I'm sure those split car drivers have never been disciplined for that. As a matter of fact, I bet management themselves are telling them to sheet it that way to avoid missed.
