We should be allowed to encourage our team to learn about the union and what their rights are, and then support them when they need to exercise those rights instead of staying out of it, but it is what it is. I guess if we were able to talk about union business openly then nothing would really stop supes from discouraging it instead of supporting it.</p><p></p><p>Life was so much easier when I was a loader.</p></blockquote><p></p>
