Here is something that may help everyone, something the OP didn't specify. This is a dedicated contract just to one customer. UPS Freight LTL is what everyone is used to seeing us talking about. When this driver got hired it was by an agency that was contracted onto Advanced auto and UPS Freight underbid and took over the contract. There drivers then unionized and UPS is fighting it tooth and nail because they will start to lose money, they undercut previous contract now they will have to pay union wages and benefits. They are not part of our LTL agreement because they are the first dedicated unit that unionized and so far they haven't been very successful, we need to support them so we can get more of the dedicated group organized and paid better.
