That depends on the type of appt, what it's for (example a court date vs a Dr appt) and did your sup give you permission to leave? If it's so important...why not just call off?
Because I dt want an occurrence and it's very important.. if I knw I will still gt an O then I mines well nt come at all.

So, I gather you are an attendance problem.
In my experience....asking to leave early for a legitimate appt is usually always an issue. Not in terms of being disciplined but as far as getting permission to leave at the time you need to.

My wife's wife's water broke in the middle of my shift (when I was qualifying) they came and brought me a truck to take back and they finished my route for me .
