Are on demand ground pickups considered ground pay if sent to air drivers? Thanks!

ANYTIME an air driver transports ANY ground parcels they are entitled to driver pay for their full shift.

To my understanding, I thought if an Air Driver sheets a ground package, the driver is entitled to top rate hourly pay for that day. We got air drivers shuttling NIBs from our Peak Villiage back to the center.

Negative. It's for delivering ground.

Depends on supplement.

My supplement has an exception for ‘occasional’ packages like if a commercial stop has already been picked up and have a few ground added to their air, the air driver can pick up.

But once the work takes an hour to complete, whether ~30 stops in a neighborhood or 3 missloads in the country, you should get ground.

Air drivers deliver air or shuttle air. Not ground.
