Last I checked all employees are entitled to rest and meal periods that are in your supplements. You are entitled to the minimum your state allows.

I actually agree with this. if u work over 8 hours during peak u should get at least two ten minute breaks.

Its called "unscheduled break" probably only used in the few call centers left that are actual UPS employees. I was a Field Support Agent for 10 years so I hope I know something..

Some of us don't get a break even when working 12 hours or more in the hub.

These types of things need to be addressed with contract proposals for each supplement.
