You never walk backwards that's incorrect procedures

Oh wait I forgot FedEx ground doesn't have any safety rules
If you don’t have the coordination to take one step backwards without injuring yourself this job isn’t for you. I understand union workers will do everything possible to justify being lazy to get more hours.

You never step backwards because you can not see what's behind you.
But on the other hand you know everything I don't know anything....

How out of shape would one have to be to not be able to turn their head and see right behind them? What conditions would change between stepping forward to put a box down and then stepping back to get a picture? Teamsters are the worst.

LEADS
Look before stepping
Establish firm footing
Adjust to changing conditions
Dont run walk at a brisk pace
Stay off belts,chutes etc.

I know teamsters that do higher than that every day. 3/4 of my route that isnt possible. The 1/4 that it is it is done.
Can a Fed Ex ground driver apply themselves to turn the ignition off at a stop?
Okay even bother stopping at a stop sign?
I'm sure my stops prior will go up dramatically if I could use the FedEx ground method
