Layoff in excess of <strong>six (6) years</strong>.</p><p></p><p><strong>Northern California Supplement</strong></p><p><strong>Article 3</strong></p><p><strong>SECTION 2 - APPLICATION OF SENIORITY</strong></p><p></p><p>Seniority shall be considered broken by:</p><p></p><p>(c) <strong>Twenty-four (24) consecutive months</strong> of unemployment; thirty-</p><p>six (36) consecutive months of unemployment for employees</p><p>with three (3) or more years of service</p><p></p><p><strong>Metro Philadelphia Supplement</strong></p><p><strong>Article 50</strong></p><p><strong>SECTION 5 -GENERAL</strong></p><p>(a) Seniority shall be broken only by failure to report for work for</p><p>three (3) consecutive days (no call no show), discharge, voluntary</p><p>quit or more than a <strong>three (3) year</strong> layoff.</p></blockquote><p></p>
