What's up guys, I'm just wondering how many option days are available when I have 40hrs of vacation. My full time sup told me I have only 1, but I think he is wrong.

Look on your paystub, it will tell you all your accrued time off you have.

Varies on region and local so talk with your steward. For me I'll either have 1 or 8 depending on what I chose for my option week. Everyone gets one, but after 3 years worked at Jan 1st I have the option week that I can choose to get 7 more days, another vacation week or just take the pay without time off.
