Whenever you tell them, they tell you a week beforehand if you get it or not.

Option 3 days can be taken any day. It is preferred you give them at least an hours notice before start time. We have had guys break down on the way to work and use an option day 15 minutes before start time.

It is always an issue because they don't want you to take the day off. They rather try to make you come in, instead of them having to find someone to do your job for the day.

I leave my phone on. I like to see how many times they call before try realize I'm not coming in.

Depends on the supplement.

Some supplements allow you to use one with an hours notice before your start time that day.

Others, like the Central, require 8 days advanced notice.

Because their too stupid to be prepared, which in turn is not our fault. If you need a day off, you need a day off. Period.

It's only an issue if they deny you the day, if you've given them advance notice, per your supplement.

If out guys have days left some will give them advanced notice but tell them they will not be here that day, it's not a question it's a fact. Other call in that morning and tell them not coming in, option day, sorry about your luck, should have been prepared!
