In the Southern Region you must work three calendar years to get your option week.

I was a PT Air driver (hire date May 2016), started FT package car driver Feb 20th this year, made book. Do I get any option days?

Each year from your seniority date you should be earning option days regardless of PT or FT status.
In my local you would be earning your next two of three option days between June-July of 2018, the first one being June-July of 2017
Combine 4 option days with one sick day for an option week payed at 40 hours.
