The judge in the case criticised the corporate mentality of the company "again" while handing out a very stiff penalty. The people who you work for here could care less about all the whining that takes place over so many petty issues.
None of you will ever file a $247 million grievance. Even if you did it seems that this place would just shoot the bird, like they are at the state of NY.

NY hit both UPS and FedEx over cigarettes before. UPS just paid up but FedEx fought it. Maybe UPS thought it was worth fighting over this time too.
