1. First of all, to clarify for those of you who seem to be mocking me for not purchasing insurance... if you would have read the complete thread, you would have seen that I did not ship this package. I bought it out of state through a friend and it was taken to a UPS store for packing/shipping. Unfortunately my friend wasn't aware that insurance needed to be purchased, so none was added. I'm not completely stupid. So please stop with the insults. I'm not insulting the employees who lost of stole the package. I understand happens, I'm just trying to do my best to locate the items. 2. These aren't one of a kind items, but are valuable 3. Although the tracking info shows claim issued, the case has been re-opened and is on-going. All anyone at the 800 wants to do is close the tracer case, issue a $100 claim, and be done with it. But obviously that doesn't help me at all. So that is why we keep pushing this. Now, as far as a description of the item: Item: thermal cameras Manufactuer: FLIR Model: Bcam SD Physical description: yellow and black Serial Numbers: unknown These were 2 identical cameras each packaged in 2 black "pelican cases".... i.e. 1 box that contained 2 cases. If you don't know what a pelican case is, its a padded plastic case for expensive equipment. Each case measure approximately 15x12x6. Each case has a sticker on it with FLIR and a design of the camera. Here is a picture of exactly what it should look like. Again, there should be 2 of these, identical: You can sort of see the sticker that is on the case behind the camera and manual. The problem seems to be that most overgoods items are categorized by serial number only... since i don't have this, I don't see any other way to find the items besides someone physicall walking around and looking for it. Which no ones seems to want to do. Again, I want to thank those of you who are actually trying to help. For those on here who just want to ridicule, please do something else with your time. Thanks and Merry Christmas
