Oversize..over 165" agreement?

Does anyone know if the company and union have agreed to deliver over 165" parcels. According to my boss the answer is yes. The master agreement says the two party's must agree to an increase in size.

Well at least everyone knows how I feel about over 165lb packages!

The thing is, over 150's can make it into the system. We fly them to a gateway and they are supposed to be picked up for delivery by a 3rd party. Sometimes, they don't get picked up and the end up on a package car.

Thankfully, the one I had was going to a place that had a forklift.
