Does your management team expect you to take a "Saftey First" rather than a production first perspective for each decision you make while doing your job for UPS or is this only important on "audit" days?
Does you management team expect you to strictly adhere to all job methods or do they expect you to do "whatever it takes" to get the packages delivered?
