How hard would it be to apply for a Full Time Opening at another hub 30 miles away that has a Full Time Opening ? Would Center Manager have any pull as to giving the Hub a reference for you? Sups ? Etc?

Apply for a sales account job. You visit shippers and make all kind of promises without even talking to the regular driver.

A center manager letter of recommendation would be a good start in applying. I'd speak with him or her and let them know you're seeking continued employment with UPS and ask if using them as a reference or referral is OK.

Sups would be as useless as a wet rag just like anything else.
