Not in the USA, supervisors cannot be part of the bargaining unit. Part time sups are allowed to shed their ties and become permanent drivers, and then they would join the union. However, they would no longer be supervisors of any kind.

Quit and hire back in as a pre-loader,unloader,sorter,etc. since 90% do those jobs already then you can join a union.

The PT sups in my bldg load cars almost everyday till the drivers started making free money from filing , so now a bunch of drivers are working pre-load. Free money everywhere you look.
