Why is is so hard for a part time supervisor to become a driver and what can be done since my manager keeps running me around in circles?

Why shouldn't it be hard? Unlike pt'ers who put in their dues and get taken when their number is called, you tried to take the fast track only to realize pt supervision is the fast track to nowhere.

It's probably because in his (your center managers) infinite wisdom he just knows you don't have the right STUFF.
