Does anyone have a list of paycodes with rates that can be posted? I'm just starting in full time driving, day 7 of 30 and my pay code changed from 3c to just 3 is this a rate change as well. I asked the super and he said no. But I have to wonder. Any helpbis greatly appreciated.

All I know is "5" is pay actual and "6" is 8 hr guarantee.

Seems like I remember at Christmas time we had to work on Sat. before Christmas. The Saturday drivers were there as well. Sup tells all full timers to put 05 in the diad for a pay actual and part timers to put in 3 something.

So maybe the 3 or 3c numbers are for unqualified drivers? ... or guys who aren't full time yet?

We use 3c here for TCD rate without 8 hour guarantee. 4c is TCD rate with 8 hour guarantee.
