Pay In Texas

I have been with UPS for a year now as a loader and I will soon be getting my Class A CDLs and I want to stay with the company until I can pursue a driver postion and whatever city I am in, but I know that Texas has a much high rate of living compared to Memphis (the current city in which I reside) and I wanted to know if places like Austin or Houston started you off with a higher rate of pay to compensate

Nope. Drivers in Poduk, OK, make the same as those in Austin, TX.

I don't really care about the driving aspects of it yet, since I am sure it will take me some months or more to get driving I am asking about the loaders
