My original hire date was April 2021, which I worked as a part time Air Driver. On September 2022 ( FT seniority date) I qualified and got converted to 22.4 Combination Driver making around $21/hr. New Union contract kicked in August 2023 , all combos became RPCDs making $23/ hr. My issue in my center is that during my 3-yr tenure I'm still on a $25/hr progression while another RPCD less senior makes around $30 and another one almost within my seniority date makes the same as his. Both of them started as part timers too like me. Shouldn't I be getting that pay bump as well or  am I on the correct progression? Sucks having to work everyday thinking I might not be getting paid as should especially with the newly hired Reg-Temp drivers in our center making upper $30s too.</p></blockquote><p></p>
