Regtemp is a seasonal driving job that a seniority part timer can do. Yes a regtemp makes a higher hourly wage than you do right now but after peak ends they will be going back to preload or wherever they came from. They also only get part time pension credit and are not entitled to a 40 hour work week, 8 hour requests, or 9.5 protection and can be forced to work 6 days a week. You are a full time seniority employee and you are much closer to making top rate than any of these regtemps are. Just keep your head down and stay the course. It will all be worth it soon enough!</p></blockquote><p></p>
