Pay progression question

Ok. I have two dates listed for employment. One is my hire date which matches my seniority date. The other date is listed as seniority attainment. There is several months difference. My question is when do I get my pay raise?

did you reach seniority within your first 90 days of being employed by actually getting 30 working days in?

My hire date was August 26. They said since it was peak my time didn’t count. Seniority attainment date is February 9

Aug is peak your probably screwed until less you file with department of labor for a wage issue
