Pay raises/benefits at fedex smartpost?

If i get a parcel assistant job at smartpost how often are pay raises? What are the benefits like?

I can't speak from experience but if SmartPost's "parcel assistants" are anything like Ground's package handlers, then you can expect raises at 1,3,6, and 12 months as well as 2, 3, and 4 years. Eligibility for the benefits program at 1,000 hours.

Speaking of wasting someone's time, wouldn't questions about "orientation pay" and "wage progression" be best asked of the hiring manager?
