paycheck question

Hey everyone, ive been working at ups for about 2 months now and i unload at the metro hub. So my last paycheck kinda went like this...

CURRENT PAY RATE 8.50

REGULAR 8.500 17.95
REGULAR 9.500 1.50
TOTAL HOURS WORKED 19.45

can anyone clear up the random 9.50 for me please. Im still 30 days away from my pay raise.

Probably coded as skill for an hour. I thought it might be your $1.00 raise after 90 days, but you'd have at least 3-4 hours at that rate.

I was told years ago, after receiving an additional 10 hrs. of OVERTIME.............which i pointed out, and said a mistake was made

The center manager said " Payroll doesn't make mistakes "......enough said, enjoy any windfall received

P.S., on a side note, after being disabled for over 2 yrs., and finally retiring........I received a 50 hr. check for an option week ?????????
