Not a lawyer but I can read. You should try it sometime. The Dems have been trying to get a bill past for months. True their 3 trillion plan sucks but it was a starting point for negotiation. However the Republicans have refused to even talk about it till everything was set to expire from the first series of bail out. I fail to see the need to thank Trump for bypassing elected officials to do thing however he would like. If both parties would have actually tried to communicate with each other over the last 2 months this would not have been needed. I abviously hate Trump but I do like most of what these orders are trying to do. The payroll deferment is stupid but the rest of it is pretty good and needed. Eviction protection, $400 extra a week for unemployment . I like these things. However he is not a dictator. There is a reason the founders created separation of power. He doesn't have the power to do it and we should all be terrified that he is trying to wrestle more power away from Congress. If the courts allow this to happen it sets a president that future presidents will continue to exploit. The courts shut down Obama when he tried similar things I hope they stop this and make Congress work for the people not their own interests.
