In September 2015, then-U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geoffrey_Pyatt" target="_blank">Geoffrey Pyatt</a> gave a speech in which he called out Ukrainian prosecutors for failing to cooperate with the investigation</span></strong>.</p></blockquote><p></p>
