Just a discussion to take our minds off the upcoming Express Pay Actions and Peak.
Relax all the pent up anger towards each other and the company, by suggesting how you satisfy one of your basic needs (food) on the job. Don't hesitate to include the food / drink after the job.

Meant to ask u ...the other day ...how the heck ya make homemade Gatorade?

It's ridiculously easy.

1 liter of coconut water
1 cup of fruit of your choice (our fav has been strawberries)
2 Tbsp of raw sugar or honey (really any sweetener of your choice)
1/8 tsp sea salt

Blend well.
