Message: <blockquote data-quote="vantexan" data-source="post: 4369721" data-attributes="member: 24302"><p>You'd have a point if all of those other nations were innocent actors.  The Taliban harbored Al-Qaeda leadership as well as were extremely oppressive to their own people.  Hussein didn't have anything to do with 9/11 but he did sponsor terror against Israel and threatened to stop accepting Dollars for his oil which was probably what got us in there.  Hindsight being 20/20 probably should have left him alone.  And we all know that Iran is the world's biggest state sponsor of terror as well as actively seeking to build a nuclear weapon.  But just so you know, I'm currently in a country with a 60% Muslim majority although most people here aren't active adherents.  And I traveled to two majority Muslim countries in 2018.  Not every conservative views all Muslims as terrorists who just haven't struck yet.</p></blockquote><p></p>
