Pending Arbitration case-Really Insubordination?

You get one crack at it to get it right. UPS can not and will not allow employees to get insubordinate and still keep their jobs. Which brings me to the actual refusal to work. There were always those drivers that thought they knew more than the team that was trying to defend them. But there are so many holes in this story that the boat wont float.
