Pension agreements in Supplements?

Do we have to wait for Master to see pension agreement? Aren’t pension agreements in supplements? If they are, shouldn’t it already be known if there are improvements for settled supplements?

There are many different pension plans across the country, some covered in the supplements, some under the company plan. Anything negotiated in your local contract won’t be available for you to view until all negotiations are wrapped up. No different than any other contract throughout the years.

The money comes from the National Master. None of the supplements are actually 100% finished. Lots of things are pending national.

Article 34 (Master) only applies to those members under Monetary Contribution Plans..like the Western..

If you under a Defined Benefit Plan any increases or improvements will be in a Supplement or Rider.

The IBT/UPS pension plan supplemental language somehow got into the Master back in 2007 just in case the Central and Southern was ever voted down.
