Pension Plan CD in mail today

    I received a pension plan cd in the mail today, and found something odd...
    No, not the contents of the cd, the mailer it came in, lol

    Uh, the arrows are pointing to the part of the flap that you have to lift to access the CD.

    Ummm, not quite... the area where the cd is showing, is just above where a pull strip was located... lol

    Not sure what your point is? Bad packaging is UPS's doing? I figure they had the CDs created and hired an outside firm for packaging and handling. I really doubt UPS had much to do with the design of the mailer other than what info would be printed.

    I suppose my point is this: UPS expects "perfection" from us, the employees, yet can't check behind an out-sourced package's appearance before authorizing its shipment to thousands of employees?

    What kind of example does that set?
