One of the crimes (among others) enabled by that forgery is Mispersonization of Identity – a crime punishable by up to 15 years in prison. And that same punishment would apply to all those who have aided and abetted in the commission of just this crime alone. NOTE: This publicly committed and&nbsp; ongoing crime has nothing to do with whether or not Mr. Obama/Soetoro is&nbsp; a natural born Citizen, as required by Article II of the Constitution&nbsp; to be eligible to the Office of President. The actual ‘Birth&nbsp; Certificate’ or location of birth, therefore, is irrelevant to this&nbsp; crime.
