Phone call yesterday

Yesterday I got a phone call which to my suprise was someone from UPS asking me if I was interested in going full time down in Bound Brook NJ (Work on the local sort in mt. olive for those in NJ) Of course I told them yes etc etc etc, but my question is.. I had to call down bound brook today to talk to someone else about the position and basically all they said was, are you interested? and we will call you back in about a week.

Does this mean there is actually going to be an open position or...?

yes so many people have retired from bbrook or went to feeders that they are very short on drivers.

I was told Parsippany was hiring package car drivers about a month or so ago, Meadowlands had an ad for package car drivers and this week seem to be training a bunch. I've seen 3 of those package cars with side windows running around.
