Tell 'em you would love to interview by phone, but you're too busy stealing union work and harassing female employees at the moment. Automatic promotion

Also, he has been tested to make sure his beliefs are consistent with Double Standards.
Jaded by years of union members dodging their actual job responsibilities, yeah, he probably does steal union work. It must be because he hates the union; or, maybe it's because enough union employees don't do their job that someone has to pick up the slack in order for the work to be done in a timely fashion.
On the other issue: if they harass female employees, they should be fired. Do not pass "Go", so on and so forth. That's obviously not the reality, but just my opinion.
You must not have to many years in at united parcel because if you did you would know his post is actually is dead on.
