This immediately tells the officer that you have no criminal record and that you have voluntarily undergone and passed an extensive background check and have no warrants or restraining orders against you. To my knowledge there has never been a single recorded instance of a police officer being assaulted by a person with a carry permit, a fact which most cops are very well aware of.</p></blockquote><p></p>
